Teaching Assistant| Cambridgeshire | Secondary
Teaching Personnel are looking for a passionate, experienced Teaching Assistant to join our client school as soon as possible.
The successful Teaching Assistant will be required at our client school for the first term with the opportunity to continue throughout the remainder of the academic year.
- Full time role, term time only

As a Teaching Assistant you will support pupils across a range of year groups and will undertake a number of duties to support Teachers throughout the academic year. Duties will include assisting in the planning and preparation of lessons and resources as well as managing behaviour and promoting positive behaviour throughout school.
The successful applicant will also deliver tailored teaching activities to pupils on either a one-to-one basis or in small groups. They will make sure that pupils are supported and are engaging in lesson activities and will guide and monitor pupil progress, providing regular feedback to teachers on pupil progress.
Our client school is a highly reputable mixed secondary school with just over 1300 pupils on roll. Set in Cambridgeshire, the school has a vibrant multi-cultural environment with exceptional progress and attainment.
