Teaching Assistant

Role: Secondary Teaching Assistant

Salary: £12.90 - £13

Location: Liverpool

Start Date: Immediately

Do you enjoy working in a professional and learning environment?
Here at Teaching Personnel we work with schools and teaching provisions across the UK to meet their supply needs.
No prior teaching experience is needed as we accept experience in related fields with transferrable skills.

Job Role

  • Full and part time positions available
  • Day to day and permanent positions available
  • Assisting teachers in delivering their lessons, classroom management and behavioural management.
  • Supporting students with their learning in a 1:1 or group setting
  • Behaviour management in the classroom environment 

Person Specification

  • You have a passion to support a child with complex SEN needs
  • Are looking to gain classroom experience
  • You have a calm and professional approach
  • You would enjoy working with pupils 1:1 or in a small group

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
