Teaching Assistant needed in SEN School ASAP!

Are you a Teaching Assistant seeking work in the Preston area?

If so, Teaching Personnel work closely with a Preston based primary SEN School which caters for pupils with Autism, ADHD, PMLD, Downs Syndrome and Physical Disabilities. The school is smaller than average and class sizes are under 10 pupils per class. The school cater for KS1/2 pupils and you MUST be willing to provide personal care for pupils when required.

The role will start on an ad-hoc basis and it is likely to become a permanent or long term position. The role will require you to work on a 1:1 and small group basis with the pupils and assist the teacher with delivering lessons to small groups.

The candidates must be hard working, have experience supporting pupils with special educational needs and be willing to provide personal care for pupils when required! The candidate must be looking for a long term role but be willing to work on a voluntary basis for one day before the role starts.

* Negotiable pay rates £50.44 - 55 per day
