Teaching Assistant Level 1

Required for as soon as possible

Grade 2 SCP 2-3 (equivalent to the previous SCP 8-11), 35 hours per week, term time only

Teaching personnel are recruiting for a client school. The governors wish to appoint an enthusiastic, highly motivated and experienced Teaching Assistant Level 1 to join the staff of our friendly Roman Catholic schools.

The successful candidate will:

Ø Preferably be a practicing member of the Catholic Church

Ø Be expected to work across all age groups within either school - EYFS, KS1 & KS2

Ø Have experience of working with children of primary age

Ø Be someone who works hard to develop children's potential and move them on in learning

Ø Have English & Math's skills to Grade C GCSE (or at a level equivalent to NQF Level 2 or higher)
