Are you looking for your next step as a Teaching assistant?  We are currently working with an SEN School in Poole and they are currently looking to employ a Teaching Assistant to support in a primary for young people with severe learning difficulties.

Ideally the successful candidate will have the relevant training and experience of working in special education. This school has a large focus on promoting and developing life skills and as such the successful candidate would need to be motivated, passionate and have the right attitude to help support the children through their educational journey.

Working as a Teaching assistant within this school you would be required to work with children with a variety of needs as well as supporting those pupils through 1:1 support, helping them develop their academic and life skills.

The ideal candidate will have the following:

  • Experience with children with ASD, PMLD, SLD 
  • A passion to improve the lives of students through a variety of teaching techniques.
  • Enthusiasm and a passion for continued improvement for the students and yourself.
