Teaching Assistant

Job description

Currently recruiting for a ambitious and flexible Teaching Assistant in Louth.

The school require a Teaching Assistant to work across both middle school and upper school supporting pupils with Moderate and Severe Learning Difficulties. This can involve personal care and some moving and handling.

The Teaching Assistant should have knowledge and understanding of:

  • the needs of young children;
  • child development and the ways in which children learn;
  • the roles played by various adults in a child's education;
  • SEN Experience

The hours of a working day are 8:30 until 3:30pm and you would be required to support pupils at break times.
