Job description

Key Stage 2 Teacher – Full-Time Opportunity

Location: Bridport
Contract: 5 days per week
Start Date: ASAP or after Easter
Pay: Paid to scale

Teaching Personnel are delighted to be working with a welcoming and supportive primary school in Bridport to recruit a committed KS2 Teacher for a full-time position.

This is an exciting opportunity to step into a thriving Key Stage 2 classroom and make a real difference in pupils’ learning and development.

The Role

  • Full classroom responsibility within KS2
  • Deliver engaging, well-structured lessons aligned with the national curriculum
  • Create a positive, inclusive learning environment
  • Monitor progress and support pupils of varying abilities
  • Work collaboratively with a friendly and experienced team

The Ideal Candidate

  • Holds QTS and has experience within Key Stage 2
  • Confident managing a KS2 classroom
  • Enthusiastic, adaptable and reliable
  • Happy to commute to Bridport
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service preferred

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
