Teaching Assistant

Have you got experience as a Teaching Assistant but found you thrive working specifically with behaviour needs?

As a behaviour mentor your role would encompass everything required of a Teaching Assistant but you would specifically work on a 1:1 or 2:1 basis with pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health difficulties. You may also be required to provide full class support.

The working hours are 8:30-3:30 and on some occasions working until 4pm. You must be available at least 3 days a week as we have both part time and full time vacancies.

The school is based in Louth, close to transport links and supports pupils from Year 7 to 11. Experience working with secondary aged pupils is not essential but would be beneficial.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
