Teaching Personnel are working exclusively with a Primary School in Gainsborough to recruit a Specialist Teaching Assistant who will be able to provide 1:1 and/or small group support for pupils within Key Stage 1.
As the school is based in Gainsborough, those who apply will need to be able to travel to the school effectively.
As a specialist teaching assistant within this school, you will work closely with pupils who require additional support, working with them to manage their behaviour as well as ensuring that they successfully achieve the desired outcomes of the day. The role will be varied; providing support on a 1:1 and small group basis; ensuring that all pupils are meeting curriculum standards.
The school require someone who has experience of providing this support and often find that previous Nursery Nurses, those with Degrees in education Studies and previous care assistants get on well in these roles.
