Teaching Assistant (TA) Role, Manchester Primary School, Burnage (M19)
Teaching Personnel are working on behalf of a client school to recruit a TA in the Burnage area of Manchester (M19). This role will be based in the school’s vibrant Year 5 class, starting after the February half term and running until the end of the summer term.
Previous experience working with primary aged children and knowledge of the KS2 curriculum is essential to be considered for this position. The 1 form entry school are looking for a general TA to support learning in the classroom across all activities and may include smaller group sessions of around 4-5 pupils. This could be to focus on a specific subject such as Maths or English.
This school strongly believes in providing children with ‘exciting, creative and meaningful learning experiences’ so the ideal candidate must be able to bring enthusiasm and interested new ideas.This ‘GOOD’ school are looking for an enthusiastic and committed TA to join their KS2 team on a part time basis, working 4 days a week Monday to Thursday.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
