Job Title: Experienced Teaching Assistants – Secondary Schools (Temporary & Permanent Roles)

Location: Woking and Surrounding Areas
Start Date: Immediate and Ongoing
Salary: £89-£93 per day (depending on experience and role type)

We are currently working with a range of secondary schools in Woking and the surrounding areas who are looking to recruit enthusiastic, dedicated, and experienced Teaching Assistants to support their students both inside and outside the classroom.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum of 6 months’ experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a UK secondary school

• Strong understanding of the secondary curriculum and ability to support pupils across KS3 and KS4

• Confidence working 1:1 and with small groups, including students with additional needs (SEN experience is a plus)

• Excellent communication and classroom management skills

• Flexibility and reliability – able to adapt quickly to different school environments
