Job Title: Teaching Assistant – Secondary School
Location: Woking, Surrey
Salary: £89.38 per day - £93 per day (dependent on experience)
Contract: 35 hours per week, permanent, term time contract (38 weeks per year)
Working Hours: Monday – Friday 8am-3:30pm
Start Date: September 2025

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a dynamic and forward-thinking secondary school. The successful candidate will support teaching and learning in the classroom to promote the inclusion of all students and develop skills and learning.
The School is a high achieving school with Academy status. We have an outstanding team of staff who all work together to ensure and promote the inclusion and development of all students. The curriculum is ambitious and well designed with strong academic and vocational elements. Pupils describe the school to feel like a family.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead 1-1 and small groups of students through tasks
- Ensuring all students have equal access to opportunities to learn and develop
- Support and inspire students to achieve their full potential
- Contribute to the wider school community and extracurricular activities

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
