Learning Support Assistants Required – Full Time Roles Across Hampshire
£13.75 per hour | 5 Days per Week | Long-Term and Permanent Opportunities

Teaching Personnel is seeking committed and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistants to work full time in schools across Hampshire. We have a high demand for reliable LSAs to support schools with ongoing staffing needs and are offering consistent, five-day-per-week roles.

We are currently supporting schools in:

Southampton
Portsmouth
Waterlooville
Winchester
Basingstoke
Farnborough

About the Role
You will be working within primary and secondary settings, providing classroom support, delivering 1:1 assistance, and helping pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities to access learning effectively. Roles are available on a long-term supply basis with many leading to permanent contracts.

Working hours for most schools fall between 8:30am and 4:00pm.

Experience supporting children or young people, particularly those with SEND
Or individuals keen to develop a career within education and additional needs
Full-time availability
Ideally drivers or those confident travelling via public transport
Candidates ready to start as soon as possible

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
