Full-Time Learning Support Assistants (LSA) – Hampshire
Join Teaching Personnel | £13.75 per hour | Immediate Start - pending safer recruitment checks

Teaching Personnel is recruiting Full-Time Learning Support Assistants to work 5 days per week in schools across Hampshire. We are working closely with schools requiring consistent, full-time staff, with opportunities available on a long-term or permanent basis.

Areas include:

  • Southampton

  • Portsmouth

  • Waterlooville

  • Winchester

  • Basingstoke

  • Farnborough

The Role

  • Support pupils 1:1 or in small groups

  • Work alongside teachers and SENCOs

  • Support children with SEND including ASD, ADHD and SEMH

Hours are typically 8:30am to 4:00pm, depending on the school.

We are seeking individuals with SEND experience or those looking to build a career in this field. Candidates must be available full-time, ideally able to drive or use public transport, and ready to start as soon as possible.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
