Exciting Key Stage one Teaching Assistant role in St Austell
If you are an enthusiast person with an interest in broadening your experience, and an even bigger interest in assisting children then this may be the perfect role for you.
Starting in the new academic year, you will be working in a KS1 school supporting both the teacher and children throughout the day with anything they need. This is a fantastic TA role that could see you gain invaluable experience and help you further your career.
POSITION: Teaching Assistant - Key Stage One. If successful, you will be assisting the teacher within the classroom to provide Numeracy and Literacy classes as well as other subjects on the curriculum. You may be working within smaller groups or 1:1 with individuals that need further assistance to encourage their learning. Your role will ensure you are both inside and outside of the classroom and providing new and exiting ways to learn
PERSON: Ideal for anyone with previous experience working alongside children. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion to be working within the school and be motivated to encouraging the children to apply themselves to the tasks set by the teacher. You will ideally have previous experience from working within a school, however other relevant experience will also be considered. The head will be looking for someone who is passionate about helping children in their education, hard working and creative (as this can provide alternate ways to encourage learning).
SCHOOL: A fantastic school with ages 5 - 7
LOCATION: St Austell
TRANSPORT: A full Drivers Licence is necessary as public transport is limited
