Job description

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Part-Time German Teacher to work in a school setting via Teaching Personnel.

This role is ideal for a qualified teacher who is passionate about languages and enjoys engaging students in learning German across KS3/KS4. You will be supported by Teaching Personnel throughout your placement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality German lessons in line with the school’s curriculum

  • Plan, prepare, and assess lessons to meet students’ needs

  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment

  • Work collaboratively with school staff and the Teaching Personnel team

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification

  • Strong subject knowledge in German

  • Experience teaching in a UK secondary school (preferred)

  • Excellent classroom management and communication skills

  • Eligibility to work in the UK and willingness to undergo safeguarding checks

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
