Behaviour Mentor Wanted in Royston

Do you have a passion for supporting young people to achieve their potential? Teaching Personnel is looking for a committed and compassionate Behaviour Mentor to join a school in Royston.

  • £100 - £115 per day
  • Full-time and part-time roles available

Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-to-one and group support for students with behavioural challenges
  • Promote positive behaviour and engagement in learning
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with students and staff
  • Work collaboratively to implement behaviour support plans

  • Experience working with young people in a school, care, or mentoring role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A calm, empathetic, and patient approach
