Role: Full-Time or Part-Time
Pay: £75- £95 per day depending on experience
An ‘outstanding’ school is looking for a proactive and energetic special educational needs teaching assistant who can support children with additional sensory, and physical impairments. This school are looking for a caring and nurturing support staff to help create a safe, friendly environment.
We are open to candidates with qualifications in:
- Psychology
- Youth/community work experience
- Care assisting work
- Mentoring
SEN Teaching assistant requirements are:
- Support pupils 1:1 or in small groups
- May have experience working with children with special educational needs or supporting vulnerable people
- Have excellent knowledge of safeguarding policies
- Apply behaviour policies effectively
- Have a DBS on the update system

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
