Key Responsibilities:
- Assist teachers in implementing lesson plans and classroom activities.
- Provide one-on-one support to students who require additional assistance.
- Help maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Support students with special educational needs (SEN) as directed by the teacher.
- Assist with classroom management and behaviour management strategies.
- Contribute to the preparation and organisation of classroom materials and resources.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience working with children or in an educational setting preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping students succeed.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the diverse needs of students and schools.
- Willingness to undergo background checks and relevant training as required.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
