Teaching Personnel are currently working with a school in Daventry who are searching for a Teaching Assistant to support SEN students within mainstream lessons.
Both full and part time positions available. Pay is between 66GBP – 90GBP, depending on experience.
Desired skills & experience:
- Experience with SEND and SEN interventions for students aged 12-18 with SEN.
- Committed to helping students.
- Good organisation and timekeeping skills.
- High expectations of both students and staff.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Patience and understanding.
What the role will include:
- Support students to complete their work.
- Offer support to all students of all abilities and help them access their learning.
- Contribute to a positive learning experience.
- Addressing gaps in learning.
- Support students who have a variety of needs.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
