No formal teaching qualifications required just enthusiasm, patience, and a desire to help children succeed.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supporting pupils in the classroom to help them stay engaged and focused.
• Assisting teachers with daily lessons, group work, and classroom organisation
• Encouraging positive behaviour and building pupils’ confidence in their learning.
• Helping children with different abilities, including those with additional learning needs.
• Creating a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment every day.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Someone enthusiastic, reliable, and passionate about making a difference.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience working with children or young people in any capacity (youth work, coaching, volunteering, etc) is desirable.
• A calm and patient approach when supporting pupils who need extra help.
• A valid DBS check on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
