Level 2 Teaching Assistant – Year 1 (Lancaster) | September Start 

Are you an enthusiastic and experienced Teaching Assistant ready to make a difference in a Year 1 classroom? We are currently seeking a dedicated Level 2 qualified Teaching Assistant to join a friendly and supportive primary school in Lancaster, starting in September.

Key Details:

• Location: Lancaster

• Start Date: September

• Year Group: Year 1

• Full-time, Term Time Only

• Role: General classroom support, assisting with daily teaching activities, pupil engagement, and one-to-one or small group work

What We’re Looking For:

• ✅ Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)

• ✅ School-based experience – ideally in Key Stage 1

• ✅ A warm, nurturing approach and the ability to build strong relationships with children and staff

• ✅ Strong communication and teamwork skills
