Are you a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant with experience in Key Stage 2? We’re currently recruiting for full-time KS2 Teaching Assistant positions in warm, welcoming primary schools across the Leyland area, starting in September 2025.

About the Role

As a KS2 Teaching Assistant, you’ll work closely with class teachers to support pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development. Your role will include:

• Providing one-to-one or group support to pupils

• Assisting with lesson delivery and classroom activities

• Encouraging progress and celebrating pupil achievements

• Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment

Requirements

• Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)

• Previous experience supporting KS2 pupils in a school setting

• A strong grasp of the Key Stage 2 curriculum

• A DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

• A positive, proactive, and child-centred attitude
