About the Role:

We are seeking a confident and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to provide PPA cover across the school, from Early Years to Year 6. This is a varied and rewarding role, ideal for someone who enjoys working across different year groups and adapting their teaching style to meet the needs of all learners.

Salary: £14 - £14.50
Contract Type: Full-time
Start Date: Monday 1^st September 2025

As our HLTA, you will:

• Deliver pre-planned lessons during teachers' PPA time across all primary key stages.
• Work collaboratively with teaching staff to support pupil progress.
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively and maintain a positive, safe learning environment.
• Contribute to assessment, feedback, and the overall learning experience of pupils.
• Offer targeted support to individuals or small groups when required.

About You:

We’re looking for someone who is:

• HLTA qualified or has equivalent relevant experience.
• Confident in delivering lessons to whole classes across the primary phase.
• Flexible, well-organised, and enthusiastic about working with children of all ages.
• A strong communicator with excellent behaviour management skills.
• Passionate about supporting children's learning and development.
