Teaching Personnel is recruiting an experienced Teaching Assistant for a specialist college setting in Cranborne.
This full-time permanent opportunity begins in September 2026 or after October half term and includes an attractive £1,000 joining bonus.
The Opportunity
You will support post-16 learners with a diverse range of additional needs, helping them access education, vocational learning and personal development programmes.

Essential Requirements
• Have previous SEND or specialist education experience
• Can confidently manage challenging situations
• Demonstrate professionalism and initiative
• Are passionate about supporting young adults
• Can quickly become a valued member of the team

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
