Key Stage 2 Teaching Assistant – Full Time
Location: Chichester
Start Date: September 2025
Full-Time | Term Time Only
Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant with a passion for supporting pupils in Key Stage 2? Do you bring energy, confidence and a can-do attitude to everything you do?
One of our fantastic partner schools in Chichester is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic KS2 Teaching Assistant to join their team from September. This is a full-time role and a brilliant opportunity to become part of a supportive, welcoming school community.
The role will involve:

Working alongside the class teacher to support learning and engagement in KS2
-
Leading small group interventions in reading, writing or maths
-
Supporting pupils with a range of needs to reach their full potential
-
Encouraging independence and positive behaviour in the classroom
-
Being a reliable, proactive member of the staff team
We’re looking for someone who:
-
Has experience working in a primary setting, ideally KS2
-
Is confident, outgoing and able to build strong relationships with pupils and staff
-
Is committed to supporting children’s learning and wellbeing
-
Can take initiative and work independently when needed
-
Brings enthusiasm, creativity and a positive presence to the classroom

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
