About the Role:

As a Teaching Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in supporting classroom learning, working one-to-one or in small groups, and helping to create a positive, inclusive environment for every child.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support pupils in class, including those with additional needs

• Work closely with the class teacher to deliver engaging and effective lessons

• Provide emotional and academic support to pupils across a range of ages

• Assist with classroom preparation and behaviour management

• Experience working with children (in a school or similar setting)

• A calm, patient, and supportive approach

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
