Location: Various Primary Schools across Cardiff, CF5
Start Date: September 2025
Contract: Full-time / Part-time / Long-term / Day-to-day supply
Pay: £89.83 - £95 per day (depending on experience and responsibilities)

Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting Primary Teaching Assistants to work across our fantastic partner primary schools from September 2025. Whether you're an experienced classroom assistant or just starting your journey in education, we want to hear from you!

About the Role:

As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support pupils in EYFS, KS1 or KS2, either 1:1 or in small groups.

• Assist class teachers in delivering creative and engaging lessons.

• Help manage behaviour positively and promote a nurturing learning environment.

• Contribute to pupils’ personal, social, and academic development.

We are looking for:

✅ Enthusiastic and dedicated individuals
✅ Experience working with children (in a school, care, youth work, or similar)
✅ A calm, patient, and proactive approach
✅ A genuine passion for education and supporting young learners
✅ Teaching Assistant qualifications or a willingness to learn on the job
