Position Details:

• Role: Teaching Assistant (TA)

• Location: Cardiff

• Start Date: September 2025

• Contract Type: Full-time/Part time (term-time only) - Temporary

• Pay: £83.85 - £95 per day (dependent on experience and responsibilities)

About the Role:
You’ll work closely with teachers to support pupils both in and out of the classroom. Your role may include working 1:1 with pupils who need additional help, assisting small groups, or providing general classroom support.

This is an ideal opportunity for:

• Someone looking to gain school experience before teacher training

• A recent graduate

• A person with experience working with children in any capacity (school, nursery, youth work, care)

What We’re Looking For:

• A positive, proactive attitude and a passion for education

• Experience working with children or young people (desirable but not essential)

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• A willingness to get involved and make a real difference
