Seeking Dedicated Teaching Assistants in Bridlington
As we approach the midpoint of the academic year, numerous schools in Bridlington urgently require Teaching Assistant Cover on both short-term and long-term bases.
The Role
The responsibilities encompass a diverse range of tasks tailored to your skills and expertise. These include, but are not limited to, conducting small group academic interventions or boosters, providing 1-1 support for behavioral or emotional needs, and offering assistance in Early Years provisions for younger pupils.
Requirements
Ideally, candidates should be available to work a minimum of 3 days per week, with access to their own vehicle considered advantageous. Working alongside teachers, you will play a pivotal role in motivating, supporting, and nurturing a dynamic and evolving classroom environment. Your duties will involve facilitating the needs and development of students, as well as recording observations for feedback to teachers.
Working Hours
Work hours will align with school opening times (08:30-15:30). There may be opportunities for morning or afternoon shifts, providing you with the freedom to manage your time effectively around personal commitments.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
