We are currently recruiting Teaching Assistants to work in both mainstream and Special Educational Needs (SEN) schools across Caerphilly and Bargoed. No formal qualifications or prior experience are required – what matters most is your attitude, enthusiasm, and commitment to supporting pupils of all abilities.

About the Role:

As a Teaching Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in supporting students and teachers within the classroom. You may be working one-to-one with pupils who require additional support, assisting with group activities, or helping to create an inclusive and encouraging learning environment.

Reliability and strong communication skills

Willingness to learn and adapt in different school settings

An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
