Teacher Training

Teaching Personnel currently working in partnership with one of the UK's Teaaching school hubs in providing salaried experience and Teacher Training.

Our pioneering ‘Future Teacher' Training programme is fully-funded and includes sponsorship of PGCE and Early Career Teachers (ECT) training. We are looking for well-qualified graduates/undergraduates, across a variety of subject areas, to become part of our 2024 programme.

We aim to recruit, train and develop individuals who have the enthusiasm, drive and potential to become outstanding teachers.

Our programme consists of:

• Year 1 Building classroom experience, knowledge and pedagogy through observation and class teaching on a reduced timetable
• Year 2 A fully funded, in-school, PGCE course provided. Increased teaching load and further responsibility
• Year 3 Early Career Teacher (ECT), greater autonomy, 10% reduction in teaching load
• Year 4 Early Career Teacher (ECT), 5% reduction in teaching load

Throughout this time we offer close and supportive mentorship and a CPD programme.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
