For our client school, we are looking to recruit an ambitious teacher; secondary or non shortage subject teacher who is whiling to take on a challenge and deliver the primary curriculum throughout academic year 19/20. The school are looking for someone who is proactive in developing themselves as a KS2 teacher with opportunity to utilise their expert subject specialism across the KS3 secondary curriculum in their feeder secondary school.
The school can offer a package of development by their strong team of primary specialists, supporting you intensively with the KS2 curriculum as well as building on your existing innovative pedagogy.
The school is a progressive school and has seen significant improvement in the teaching, learning and educational outcomes of their students. The school have achieved this due to their drive to secure excellent outcomes for the wider community, their 'all inclusive' approach and fantastic provision to overcome barriers to learning. The ideal candidate will:
- Hold UK QTS with a minimum of 1 years teaching experience teaching the UK national curriculum
- Be patient, resilient and have a keen interest in developing the whole child with an all inclusive approach to their pedagogy
- Be proactive in their continual professional development and be wiling to contribute their expertise to colleagues on INSET days and staff training
- Be able to work cohesively in a team, dedicated to delivering excellent outcomes for their pupils, themselves and wider community
