Teacher of History required asap in Canterbury

A 'Good' Secondary school is seeking an experienced or newly qualified History Teacher for a position starting asap. History Teacher, Canterbury, January 2018 - History Teacher- Canterbury, Kent - £120 - £170 per day - ASAP- Full time, long term position For this position you will need to be a qualified History Teacher with good behaviour and classroom management. You will also be able to plan, prepare and deliver stimulating a focused lessons that keep pupils engaged in classwork and academically advancing. You will be teaching Key Stage 3 & 4 pupils so you will need to have a good amount of experience successfully preparing pupils for GCSE and BTEC examinations.

This school has a very broad and varied curriculum as the senior leadership team feel pupils learn best when work is catered to the individual. The school want to create opportunities within and beyond the curriculum that will enable all students to develop into the best they can be and become confident, independent and successful adults.
