Teacher of English - NG5 - Nottingham

Teaching Personnel are currently working exclusively with a consistently 'Good' secondary school in the NG5 area of Nottingham who are looking to recruit an experienced, energetic English Teacher .

Ofsted have rated the school as 'Consistently Good' following its last inspection in 2017.

Duties:

  • To implement and deliver a broad, balanced and relevant curriculum for pupils with a large inner city secondary school
  • To monitor and support the overall progress and development of pupils both academically and socially
  • To share and support the Trust's responsibility to provide and monitor opportunities for pupils' personal and academic growth
  • To encourage a learning experience which provides pupils with the opportunity to achieve the highest of standards?

You will liaise with the Regional Director/Principal/Head of School/Deputy and Assistant Principals, teaching/support staff, external agencies and parents/carers to ensure the students get the best education possible but to also ensure you're fully supported.

  • Able to plan and deliver innovative and inspirational lessons
  • Have high Professional standards
  • Committed to raising the standards and achievements of their pupils
  • Committed to the ethos of the school
