A large infant and nursery school in Leicester is recruiting for a Reception (EYFS) Teacher to start after the half term 2019. The school was graded Ofsted 'Good' in 2016 and is highly regarded by both staff and students.
The school has clear values that the senior leadership team encourage staff to embody at all times. You will work with the early years leader to deliver a curriculum that encourages all students to develop a thirst for knowledge and a love of learning. You will be encouraged to create an environment in your classroom where all students can reach their full potential by providing an environment where they are happy, safe and listened to.
The school has a strong commitment to continuous professional development and works closely with other local schools to share best practice. You will also have access to the full Teaching Personnel CPD Academy and the support of your specialist Primary consultant.
The ideal candidate will have the following:
- UK QTS (EYTS considered)
- Experience within the EYFS Key Stage of at least 2 years
- Sound knowledge of the EYFS curriculum
- A good sense of humour! The school have a close community so personality is an important aspect
