Job Description:

As a Maths Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality GCSE and A Level teaching in Mathematics to students. Your primary focus will be on creating engaging lesson plans, assessing student progress, and providing constructive feedback to help students improve their mathematical skills.

Job Duties:

• Plan and deliver effective A Level Maths lessons
• Assess student understanding and progress
• Provide constructive feedback to students
• Ensure a positive learning environment in the classroom
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues

Required Qualifications:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Degree in Mathematics or related field

Education, Experience, Knowledge and Skills:

• Experience teaching A Level Maths
• Strong knowledge of the Maths curriculum
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Organisational and time-management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE)
• Previous experience in a similar role
