  • Permanent contract, immediate start with a range of shifts (days and nights available)
  • Previous experience not essential, full training to become a Support worker
  • Must have relevant GCSE qualifications (Maths/English)
  • Provisions located across central and south Manchester and Stockport
  • £16,500 + per annum (negotiable with experience)

Starting as soon as possible, this education and care provider are looking for 5 Support Workers to join their ever increasing staff team on a full time contracted basis. Access to a vehicle is desirable due to the multi-site network, however not essential for applicants. As a support worker you will aim to improve the lives of young people and children within the organisations care, promoting education and working closely with external agencies to offer opportunities for future opportunities. You will also complete reports and statutory reviews, attend meetings and staff briefings with your fellow support workers.

Previous experience isn't essential, transferable knowledge or the desire to work in a care based environment and commitment to professional standards and improving young people's outlook is essential. In addition to relevant training, you will need to co-operate with the Health and Safety requirements and company policies (Fire procedures) and report any unsafe practices and conditions.

Teaching Personnel are recruiting for Support Workers on behalf of our client. PLEASE NOTE, this is a permanent opportunity and we will contact you to discuss your application and previous experience before arranging an interview if successful and suitable.
