We work in partnership with a range of primary, secondary, SEN, and SEMH provisions, placing skilled support staff where they are needed most. This is your opportunity to be part of a dedicated team helping pupils overcome barriers and reach their full potential in a safe and inclusive environment.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Provide tailored support to pupils in both academic and personal development
- Promote emotional well-being and positive behaviour
- Help maintain a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning space
- Work closely with teaching staff to adapt lessons and provide effective support
- Assist in implementing Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs)
We’re Looking For
- Experience working with children or adults in any supportive capacity
- Awareness or understanding of SEN, SEMH, or behavioural challenges
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive, flexible, and resilient attitude
- A genuine desire to support and empower young people

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
