Location: Royston
Job Type: Full-time (long-term with potential to go permanent)

We work in partnership with a range of primary, secondary, SEN, and SEMH provisions, placing skilled support staff where they are needed most. Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide tailored support to pupils in both academic and personal development
  • Promote emotional well-being and positive behaviour
  • Help maintain a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning space
  • Work closely with teaching staff to adapt lessons and provide effective support
  • Assist in implementing Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs)

We’re Looking For

  • Experience working with children or adults in any supportive capacity
  • Awareness or understanding of SEN, SEMH, or behavioural challenges
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A positive, flexible, and resilient attitude
  • A genuine desire to support and empower young people

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
