About the Role:
This is a fulfilling opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of students with complex learning needs, including autism, communication challenges, and physical disabilities. You’ll play a key role in supporting pupils throughout their day, both in the classroom and during wider school activities, working alongside teachers and therapists.
Key Responsibilities:

Delivering 1:1 and small group support for pupils with special educational needs (SEN)

Supporting students with personal care tasks (such as feeding and toileting)
-
Promoting independence and encouraging positive behaviour
-
Collaborating with staff, therapists, and families to ensure the best outcomes for students
Requirements:
-
Previous experience working with children or young people with SEN (in education, care, or support roles) NOT ESSENTIAL
-
A patient, compassionate, and resilient attitude
-
Enhanced Child-Only DBS registered on the Update Service (or willing to obtain one)
-
Full-time availability during term time (Monday to Friday)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
