Support Worker

Here at Teaching Personnel I am currently looking for an Inclusion Support worker to work within my Secondary School Partner in the Rothwell area of Leeds. This would be to work on a full-time basis starting as soon as possible up until July 2020. If oyu have experience of working with youth projects or assisting with pupils to keep them within education, I want to hear from you!

I am looking for the following:

• Experience of working with challenging individuals
• Supportive and sympathetic to individual needs
• The ability to control pupils 'acting out'
• Youth work experienced desirable

My client secondary school are a very forward thinking secondary school who have an oustanding Inclusion manager already set in place. You will be required to work across the school provisions to make sure pupils are on task as much as possible and staying within class. With a supportive inclusive network within school, this would be a very challenging but rewarding role to have in school.
