Working for Teaching Personnel

If you are wanting to work with Teaching Personnel in Scarborough, but worried about not receiving regular income, why not sign up to a 'Guaranteed Work Scheme'? This will guarantee you money every Friday, whether we place you into a booking or not! You should be willing to work across mainstream and SEN schools, within a reasonable travelling distance from your home address.

Pay Rates

You will be paid every Friday, a week in hand, through our PAYE system meaning no hidden costs for you. As your employer, we will enrol you into a Pension and pay your employer's national insurance contributions. Working as a Teaching Assistant means you will be paid a minimum of £9 per hour, Tutor £20 per hour and Teacher £110 - £199 per day. In a long term booking, you will be paid fairly inline with Agency Worker Regulations, with negotiable rates according to the job you're doing. We also offer additional bonuses such as 'Recommend a Friend' schemes with a £50 bonus for every colleague you recommend to Teaching Personnel and termly social events, you can rest assure that Teaching Personnel will look after you!
