Supply Teaching Assistant for SEN

We are in search of Supply Teachers in the Bracknell and Reading area to maintain our increasing need for cover on a day-to-day basis. This position is ideal for someone who is looking for flexible yet regular work. Teaching Personnel work with schools in Reading, Newbury, Bracknell and Oxford.

You will be working with children who may display challenging behaviour; however, you will be working alongside a skilled and highly supportive team. The role will involve supporting children in all key stages from primary and secondary with complex learning needs which may include Autism.

The ideal Supply Teacher applicant will:

• Have UK QTS or the overseas equivalent and are confident with children with SEN
• Have a current DBS on the update service
• Are committed, professional and are good communicators with excellent interpersonal skills
• A child workforce DBS on the update service, or one completed through Teaching Personnel
• Be approachable and encourage to develop relationships with other staff members and the pupils
• Ensuring all safety regulations are adhered to
