Your new company
Although we are in uncertain times, Teaching Personnel are the leading education recruiter and therefore work with a number of schools throughout the Medway Towns and surrounding areas. We will get through these challenging times, but are looking to be as prepared as possible for the school returning and as a supply teacher you must BE PREPARED too.
Once schools are back open we believe that there will be an increase in demand for Primary Supply Teachers to work in and around the Medway Towns. We are set up to register new candidates remotely, meaning when can get the ball rolling with your registration immediately.
Your new role
Joining Teaching Personnel as an Supply Teacher you will be responsible for managing classrooms in primary schools on a daily and/or long term basis. You will be responsible for managing behaviour, delivering pre-planned work, ensuring a positive learning environment is maintained and ensuring all pupils are completing the required work. Ideally, you will regularly be in the same schools which will be based throughout Medway and the surrounding areas, therefore will build strong working relationships with schools and pupils.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful in securing this position you will be a Qualified Teacher, have experience in the past 5 years of working in a Primary School and hold QTS.
