Supply Teacher - Hounslow - September start - Flexible work!

As Teaching Personnel work with over 100 schools within the borough of Hounslow we have a number of opportunities for supply work, from daily supply to bookings for up to a term. We are currently working closely with a number of schools looking for cover for short term sickness, members of staff isolating due to travelling or potential covid-19 symptoms and for additional support for returning students. 

There is great flexibility in the amount you work, from providing day to day cover to up to a term. With this flexibility we have put provisions and policies in place to help ensure the school and candidate are as safe as they can be entering a school. Teaching Personnel has created their own covid-19 returning to work policy that follows strict covid procedures including: 

- Weekly Self-Certification form - on our new candidate app, this covers symptoms, exposure and self-isolation.

- Weekly check in's via email/from a consultant ensuring there has been no changes in symptoms, coming in to contact with anyone with symptoms or confirmed covid-19.

Alongside this you will also receive training within the school to help follow their procedures and policies as it will be individual to each school. 

As the work is flexible you are able to focus on key areas, including year groups/key stages, intervention/tuition or specific SEN support. All pay rates are negotiable, this is dependent on experience, qualification, area of specialism and the school.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
