Salary: £130 to £150.

Job Description:
Teaching Personnel is currently seeking dynamic and passionate Supply Teachers to join our team in Tameside. As a Supply Teacher, you will have the opportunity to work across a range of mainstream secondary schools, including those in Ashton-Under-Lyne, Hyde, and Stalybridge. This role offers flexibility and variety, allowing you to gain valuable experience in different school settings while making a positive impact on students' learning journeys.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering pre-prepared lessons across various subjects and year groups.
- Managing classroom behaviour effectively to create a positive learning environment.
- Adapting teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of students.
- Collaborating with school staff to ensure continuity of learning in the absence of regular teachers.
- Providing constructive feedback to support students' academic and personal development.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Previous experience working as a Teacher in a secondary school setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and challenges.
- Enhanced DBS certificate registered on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
- Flexibility and availability to work on short notice.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
