Supply Teachers – Northampton (NN3 Area)

Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting reliable and enthusiastic Supply Teachers who can specifically travel to the NN3 area of Northampton. This is a fantastic opportunity for teachers seeking flexible work with guaranteed opportunities in supportive local schools.

We are keen to hear from teachers who are confident in the classroom and demonstrate excellent behaviour management, professionalism, and a genuine passion for teaching.

The Role:

  • Deliver pre-planned lessons across your chosen key stages

  • Maintain strong classroom behaviour and engagement

  • Represent Teaching Personnel professionally in partner schools

  • Be punctual, reliable, and adaptable to different settings

We Are Looking For Teachers Who Are:

  • Able to reliably commute to the NN3 area

  • Flexible and available for short-term, long-term or guaranteed supply work

  • Confident with behaviour management

  • Punctual, organised and professional

  • Enthusiastic, positive and passionate about teaching

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
