Job description

Secondary School Supply Teacher – North Northampton and Surrounding Areas
Job Type: Flexible / Day-to-day cover
Salary: Competitive daily rates
Start Date: Immediate

Teaching Personnel is seeking enthusiastic and adaptable Secondary School Supply Teachers to support schools across North Northampton. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in a variety of local secondary settings while making a real difference in students' lives.

We’re looking for passionate educators who thrive in new environments and are committed to delivering high-quality teaching and support across Key Stages 3 and 4.


Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging and pre-planned lessons across the secondary curriculum

  • Adapt quickly to different classroom environments and year groups

  • Maintain a positive and safe learning environment

  • Follow school policies and safeguarding procedures

  • Support pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development


Requirements

  • Degree-level qualification in a relevant subject

  • Previous experience in secondary education is desirable

  • Confident, flexible, and reliable

  • Strong communication and classroom management skills

  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply for one)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
