Cover Supervisors – Northamptonshire

Are you looking to gain classroom experience, develop your skills, or take your first step into teaching?
We’re recruiting enthusiastic Cover Supervisors to work across secondary schools in the Northamptonshire area.

As a Cover Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in maintaining a positive learning environment by:

  • Supervising classes during teacher absence

  • Delivering pre-prepared lessons and ensuring pupils stay on task

  • Managing behaviour in line with school policies

  • Supporting students to make progress in their learning

This is an excellent opportunity if you’re:

  • A graduate considering a career in teaching

  • Experienced in working with young people in an educational, coaching, or youth work setting

  • Confident, adaptable, and able to build rapport quickly

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
