Long term Primary School Supply Teachers Required – Mitcham- September 2025 start

Teaching Personnel is currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Primary School Teacher for a long-term supply role in Mitcham.

This is an ideal opportunity for a teacher who is looking for greater classroom continuity without the commitment of a permanent post. We welcome both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) who are ready to make a lasting impact in a supportive school environment.

The Role

• Plan and deliver lessons in line with the national curriculum
• Support pupil progress and contribute to the wider school community
• Build meaningful relationships with students, staff, and parents
• Maintain high standards of classroom behaviour and organisation

Who We’re Looking For

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent international qualification
• Recent experience in UK primary classrooms (ideally in a long-term settings)
• Confident in planning, assessment and classroom management
